Akulaku is seeking a dynamic Category Operations Manager (Home & Living) to drive growth and optimize performance within our Home & Living merchant portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing merchant relationships, executing strategic campaigns, and maximizing revenue for our Home & Living category. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop merchant relationships for the Home & Living category, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Analyze merchant performance data and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Home & Living category.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of our initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular merchant reviews and provide feedback to ensure ongoing improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchant management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other data analysis software.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and merchant management systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
