📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Assist in the preparation of tables and ensuring they are presentable
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the dining area
• Stay updated with menu items and specials to provide accurate information to guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
