📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet members warmly and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
• Operate and maintain gym equipment, ensuring it's in good working condition.
• Monitor and enforce gym rules and safety protocols.
• Assist with member check-ins and check-outs, and handle any related administrative tasks.
• Perform regular inspections of the gym to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere within the gym community.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve and enhance the member experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or facility maintenance role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and maintenance.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
