PT Unicorn Food & Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food and beverage products are prepared and served to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including ingredients, utensils, and equipment.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe condition.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that the kitchen operates within budget.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
