Lead and supervise a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.,Develop and implement data analysis processes and tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our data analysis efforts.,Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate our data analysis findings to stakeholders.,Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the insights they need to make informed decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices, and implement them in our data analysis efforts.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to help them make data-driven decisions that will drive the success of our business.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data by implementing data quality controls and monitoring processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.,Proven track record of success in leading and supervising a team of data analysts.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and software, including but not limited to Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from various departments.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to identify and solve complex data analysis challenges.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a commitment to excellence.,Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.
