📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Lead and mentor HR team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus
