Based in Jakarta, you will work closely with our team to develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, investors, and strategic partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to expand Smartdeer Services Centre's network in the Web3 and digital asset space.
• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential partnerships with key players in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Manage and maintain existing partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and mutual benefits.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Web3 and digital asset space.
• Represent Smartdeer Services Centre at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Web3 and digital asset space, and leverage this knowledge to drive strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field in the Web3 or digital asset space.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
