📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand identity and visual communication strategies for our clients.,Create compelling visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital ads.,Collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.,Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.,Ensure all design work meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate their feedback into the final deliverables.,Maintain and update our brand style guides and design systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.,Strong understanding of visual communication principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Experience working with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement brand identity and visual communication strategies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
