📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily management and operation of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and presentation.,Train and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and Tetum.
