📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities based on guests' interests and preferences.
• Coordinate and arrange transportation, tours, and other services as requested by guests.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the villa, ensuring it is always ready for the next guest.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Stay up-to-date with local events, promotions, and new attractions to provide valuable information to guests.
• Collaborate with the villa management team to ensure all guest requests are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in concierge services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or hospitality role, preferably in a villa or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Bali is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
