📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the workshop operations.,Oversee the daily tasks and responsibilities of the workshop staff.,Ensure that all vehicles are serviced according to the company's standards and procedures.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.,Monitor the inventory of spare parts and tools, and ensure that they are always in stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular quality checks on the vehicles to ensure they meet the required standards.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they are up to date with the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Good knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.,Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
