PRISM Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, and will be able to work effectively both in the office and in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the business in the assigned area.,Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking.,Conducting regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues.,Preparing and presenting regular reports to management on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with using sales and inventory management software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
