Toko Fajar Auto Service is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a passion for maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and timely payment.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports as required.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide support to the accounting team during month-end and quarter-end closing processes.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field (preferably in a service industry).,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
