📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in residential projects.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and temporal constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare and present cost reports and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying for residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, Primavera P6, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
