Managing the procurement process, including identifying and sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory.,Ensuring that the company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet its operational needs.,Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring that they meet the company's quality and cost standards.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborating with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure that procurement activities align with the company's overall goals.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Providing regular reports on procurement activities and performance to management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
