📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.,Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve their effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide personalized support.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.,Experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses is a plus.
