PT Bangka Belitung Economic Development (BBED) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Special Economic Zone Manager to lead and manage the development and operations of our Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Pangkal Pinang. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our SEZ, which is a key driver of economic development in the region.

As the Special Economic Zone Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining high-value businesses, fostering a business-friendly environment, and driving economic growth in the SEZ. You will work closely with government agencies, businesses, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-value businesses to the SEZ.
• Manage and coordinate with government agencies, businesses, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the SEZ.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the SEZ and make recommendations for improvement.
• Promote the SEZ as a business-friendly and attractive destination for investment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive economic growth in the SEZ.
• Represent the SEZ at national and international forums and events.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the SEZ team to achieve our goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and developing SEZs or similar economic development projects.
• Proven track record of success in attracting and retaining high-value businesses.
• Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures related to SEZs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in working with international businesses and stakeholders is a plus.
