📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff turnover.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including stock taking and cash reconciliation.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and brand image.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must, with basic knowledge of local language is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel to other stores as required.
