📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor budgeting and financial planning using advanced accounting software.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and facility management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our commitment to diversity and sustainability.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong background in hotel management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end hotels or resorts.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
