📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including images, videos, infographics, and blog posts.
• Write compelling copy for promotional materials, website content, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, and participating in online discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Passionate about agriculture and natural products, with a good understanding of the food and beverage industry.
